Tamiko Baker is a passionate advocate for women’s safety and empowerment, bringing years of experience with firearms and self-defense training to her community. Dedicated to fostering confidence and skills among women, she’s a Co-founder of Bullets and Bling SD Organization, an all-female organization designed to empower women through practical, hands-on training. Her commitment to community service has driven her mission to create a supportive environment where women of all backgrounds can learn to protect themselves while developing a sense of community and resilience. Through Bullets and Bling SD Organization, Tamiko aims to inspire a movement prioritizing women’s safety, self-reliance, and unity.
In her past time, she finds joy in her adventures with her “Traveling Chicks.” Her dedication to philanthropy and advocacy shines through her work with organizations like Susan B. Komen, where she lends her voice to raise awareness and support for cancer research.
Fiona Alphonse is a devoted mother of two, a grandson and an active member of my local community. I enjoy volunteering my time to mentor young women interested in self-defense and personal safety; and I participates in local events that promote safety and empowerment.
I am also a proud, self-assured, confident Co-Founder of Bullets and Bling, I was initially fearful and unsure to carry a firearm daily. However, through training, determination and a commitment to my own safety, I turned that fear into empowerment. Now, I’m passionate about helping others who may feel the same way, providing a safe, welcoming space to learn both firearm handling and self-defense.
Although I have experience in both firearm education and personal safety, there’s so much more I can learn. I’ve built a welcoming community that values knowledge, safety, and confidence for shooters of all levels. My intent is to provide a supportive environment where people from all walks of life can learn, grow, and feel empowered in their Second Amendment rights.
